Most AI initiatives fail because nobody settled who owns what afterwards, not on models or tools. When a machine delivers a draft, someone has to decide who reviews it, who signs it off and who carries the responsibility.
That is what this module addresses: not as a change programme, but as a sober inventory with a target picture that fits the company.

- Who decides what, where do queues form, which coordination is genuinely needed? AI shifts these questions, it does not remove them.

- Which capabilities exist, which are missing, and which will look different in two years?

- Which systems carry the work, which obstruct it? Access to data decides what is possible with AI at all.
- Collaboration
- How do people and machines work side by side, with clear ownership for review and sign-off rather than silent delegation?
The outcome
A target picture for roles, skills and collaboration: who owns which task in future, which capabilities need building, and in what order that makes sense.
With that the Game Plan closes: market, competition, audit, personas and journeys become a plan. The plan becomes an organisation able to run it.
