Enablement & qualification

The biggest gap in AI adoption is not the technology. It is people and processes. Enablement closes it.

Training & workshops

Training built for each team: from the basics to working with their own AI workflows. Hands-on, built around the participants' real working day, not around slides. We teach classic topics such as SEO or content creation the same way, so teams can talk to agencies as equals.

The principle behind it: we build with the team, not for the team. People who helped build the systems also use them. They keep developing them when we are not in the room.

AI learning programmes

One-off training fizzles out as soon as everyday work takes over. So we build learning programmes with structure: role-based learning paths, practical tasks from the company's own work and regular check-ins, until the new way of working sticks.

How a training works with us

We work online or on site, both on equal footing, as a single session or as a series across several weeks. What fits is decided by the occasion: a team taking over an AI setup that is already running needs something different from a team starting from zero.

  • Trainings and workshops: a single session or a series, usually 6 to 12 people, other group sizes by arrangement.
  • AI learning programmes: 3 to 8 weeks depending on requirements, usually 6 to 12 people, other group sizes by arrangement.
  • Format: online or on site, both work equally well.

So what comes first is a conversation about where you stand: who needs to be able to do what, what do people work with today, and how would you notice that it worked? The exact setup follows from that. The tasks people practise on come from your own day-to-day work.

A ready-made package

Claude Quick Start

For when the tool is already decided: technical setup, a quick-start session on two or three real tasks from your own work, and a rollout plan with champions and success measurement.

Why this decides the outcome

In our experience, AI projects fail less often because of the models than because nobody works with them. That is why enablement is a fixed step in every rollout we do, not an optional add-on.
