Digital strategy for the Schwabe Group

The starting point

The Schwabe Group is a group of companies in the pharma and health industry. Across all its member companies, plants are the central raw material for medicines and health products. We accompany the digital strategy for two companies in the group: DHU is the market-leading manufacturer of homeopathic medicines in Germany. Dr. Willmar Schwabe is the world market leader in the research, development and manufacturing of herbal medicines.

The task

Planning and implementation of the digital strategy for both companies: from the strategic foundation to the ongoing operation of the websites.

What we did

In strategic planning, our focus is on personas and customer journeys, for end customers and medical professionals. Together we define the relevant touchpoints and prioritise the measures. In operational implementation, we plan websites, build them and develop them further. That includes SEO monitoring, optimisation from a UX and accessibility perspective, and site tracking.

Two project examples: For the mental-aktiv platform, which offers brain-training tests and exercises, we optimised usability and organic reach, including the content strategy, optimised existing content and new copy. For the Tebonin app, which supports vertigo therapy with movement exercises, we were responsible for the concept, user experience and visual design of the relaunch.
