I joined netzstrategen in July 2023. I had previously worked in the tourism industry for four years, where I worked my way from a compulsory internship and a traineeship in press and public relations to a position in content management and online marketing. My first encounter with netzstrategen was in 2018 when my supervisor at the time enthusiastically told me about an event that takes place once a month at the Alter Schlachthof and that I should definitely attend with her – and that’s how I ended up at my first #nmfka. 🙂
The exchange with people who do their job with so much passion and of course the interaction, that’s something very special!
I’m mainly involved in SEO in the Marketing team, but I also get to let off steam in the area of email marketing 🙂
It never gets boring! Every project always involves new challenges that need to be mastered, so you are constantly growing and developing with the tasks.
As she roughly knows what my job is all about, I would explain it to her using our family business as an example: If we do our job well, our hotel will appear before our competitor’s hotels in the Google search results.
Be curious! 🙂 Try not only to accept new things, but also to understand the connections and processes.

Definitiv Google Maps. 🙂 Denn ohne diese App hätte ich schon viele Stunden meines Lebens im Stau verbracht. Da zwischen meinem Zuhause und dem Büro viele Baustellen sind, mache ich bei jeder Fahrt Google Maps an, obwohl ich schon sämtliche Wege, die mich ins Büro führen, kenne. Und falls mich Google Maps mal doch in einen Stau schickt, habe ich ja zum Glück noch Spotify und Audible, um mir die Zeit zu vertreiben. 🤝
Da ich gerne vorbereitet bin, habe ich mehrere Plan Bs 😂Ich würde die Zeit nutzen und endlich mal die vielen Geschichten aufschreiben, die ich mir ausgedacht, aber nie richtig zu Papier gemacht habe. Oder meinen Papa, der richtig gut kochen kann, endlich dazu bringen, ein kleines Restaurant zu eröffnen und dort dann mithelfen. Oder ich würde mich im Tierschutz engagieren.
