Kristina is your person of contact when it comes to persona development, digital strategy and audits.
Hey, I’m Tina and I’ve been part of the netzstrategen family in Karlsruhe since September 2023. I have found my home in the Digital Business Team and as a Digital Business Strategist I am helping to drive forward the strategic digitalisation in Germany. This is my first job after graduating and I’m looking forward to diving deeper into the digital world and developing my personal and professional skills.
During my bachelor’s degree in marketing in the Netherlands, as well as my master’s degree in Hungary, I have already dealt intensively with topics such as research, analysis, strategy and digitalisation. And that’s where the idea of continuing to deal with these topics in my working life came from. I’m always shocked at how much Germany lags behind other countries in this area and how many companies haven’t even considered this topic yet. And that’s exactly what I want to change. The digital world is changing so quickly and offers opportunities and potential for everyone to develop themselves and their company. Discovering these in people and companies and creating added value from them is my mission, which motivates me to work at netzstrategen every day.
My main responsibilities are to support and work in the Digital Business team. However, as I’m new to the company, I also have the opportunity to get a sneak peek into the other teams and disciplines in order to gain experience there. I mainly work in the Marketing and Content team and support the teams there with my knowledge. This gives me the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of netzstrategen and the way they work and to better understand what our customers want, which industries they work in and what their challenges are, what we value as a company and what new trends and developments there are in the various areas. I really appreciate this opportunity and I can say that I learn something new every day and it’s always exciting to come into the office in the morning 🙂
So far, I have already worked on projects for Danone, Schwabe, dmpi, TRK and some internal company campaigns.
In general, the customer meetings and analysis tasks are the most interesting for me, as I can learn the most new things and develop myself further there.
You can actually find me at all netzstrategen events and at many customer appointments and meetings. But I’m also always available for a personal chat with a coffee in my hand 🙂
My favourite value of us netzstrategen is: Love what you do. Because if we didn’t prepare and carry out our work with passion and motivation, we wouldn’t be able to provide our customers with good professional advice and convince them that it’s time to invest in digitalisation in order to discover and exploit new potential and opportunities.
