I have been part of the team since the beginning of November 2019 and originally come from the tourism industry. Before my maternity leave, I spent the last few years working in online marketing and e-commerce project management, including in cooperation with netzstrategen. Now I’m here and I’m really looking forward to getting back into e-commerce project management.
I work in the e-commerce team and will ensure that further developments and new features for the various customer websites are planned, tested and implemented.
The view of different products and subject areas, including their respective needs and the ability to implement current trends in the e-commerce industry at a tangible speed. For all of this to be realistically feasible, a lot of threads have to be brought together and a lot of people have to be involved. In my opinion, this is the biggest challenge, but also the most exciting. The best ideas and solutions simply come from direct discussions with the various parties. That is always inspiring.
Talk to people a lot. Creating and ticking off to-do lists. Test website functionalities and work on improvements. Always looking behind the scenes of the website. I like to compare my work to the director of a theatre play. The performances should inspire people and may be perfect, but actors always fall ill or the stage lighting needs to be improved so that it doesn’t get boring.
Talking always helps. Honesty wins.
