How are projects carried out?
The introduction to an AI project often begins with an leadership workshop, where we establish a common understanding of the potentials and applications of AI within the company. During the workshop, we conduct a potential check: we identify specific use cases where AI can provide real value and often find that in some cases, traditional digitization or process automation without AI can also lead to significant efficiency gains. The identified use cases are prioritized based on impact and implementation effort. This creates an AI roadmap that helps maintain an overview of all AI initiatives.
At the same time, we initiate a basic training for all employees who will be working with AI more intensively in the future – hands-on, comprehensible, and focused on practical application within the company.
In the pilot phase, we implement prioritized use cases as concrete projects. We assist in data preparation, selecting appropriate tools, and integrating them into existing systems and processes. What works will be scaled and rolled out in the next step, both technically and organizationally.
Simultaneously, we ensure through a basic training according to AI regulations that all employees develop a solid understanding of the safe and responsible use of AI in their daily work.
