AI Game Plan for companies
Structured, practical, and legally secure
We support companies in structuring, implementing, and ensuring legal compliance with AI: from the initial management workshop to ongoing pilot projects.
What we offer:
- A shared understanding of AI in management and teams
- Concrete use cases and pilot projects instead of individual prompts
- Compliance with the legal training requirements under the EU AI Regulation
Why act now?
Common challenges our clients face:
- Numerous ideas and individual suggestions, but lacking a clear overview of AI projects and prioritization
- Management uncertainty: How to begin without neglecting risks?
- Employees are unclear about the practical application of AI tools due to the lack of established guidelines
- Unanswered questions concerning the lawful use of AI in daily operations
AI has become an essential aspect of contemporary value creation: from streamlined processes to enhanced decision-making and innovative business models. At the same time, complexity and regulations are on the rise. Key term: EU AI Act.
This is exactly where our AI implementation steps in: We create a shared foundation, outline a roadmap, and kick off initial pilot projects that generate tangible value.
In four steps to an AI-ready company
We do not offer theoretical frontal instruction, but a pragmatic mix of strategy, training, and implementation. Our model is based on four consecutive building blocks:
Module 1: The Leadership Workshop
Before the tools come, the target image must be established. We bring the management to the table.
- What we do: We create a shared understanding of AI, identify opportunities & risks, and develop a concrete AI roadmap with use cases.
- Result: A prioritized roadmap and a clear target image for your company.
- Duration: 1 day.
Module 2: Basic training
We support all employees, from beginners to advanced users.
- Content: Introduction to generative AI, prompting techniques, tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot), and practical exercises for everyday office tasks.
- Format: 4 hours including practical sessions, maximum of 15 participants per group.
- Goal: Confidence in using AI and immediate efficiency gains for tasks like emails or summaries.
Module 3: Piloting and mentoring
We implement real projects. In workgroups, we realize concrete use cases over 8–12 weeks.
- Support: Kick-off, regular mentor calls (every 2 weeks), and a final presentation.
- Goal: Implementation of 1-2 functioning pilot projects per group.
Module 4: AI Regulation (EU AI Act)
AI usage must be secure. We meet the training requirement according to the new AI regulation.
- Format: Compact 60-minute online training (via hallo.digital).
- Content: Ethical responsibility, data protection, and legal foundations.
- Bonus: Completion certificate for all participants.
