How a user survey works
1.
Goal definition
First, we define the specific questions for your survey:
What do you want to achieve with the survey? For which area of the website or which services should data be collected?
2.
Creation of the concept
In the next step, we define the scope of the survey and the specific content. We define the entry pages or a website area for the survey.
3.
Creation of the questionnaire
We then formulate the questions and define the question types and their logic:
Which specific questions or combination of several question types will give us the right data?
4.
Setting up and integrating the survey
We use a survey tool for integration, implementation and data collection. The survey is now integrated into your website using a pop-up.
5.
Evaluation of the results
Once the survey has been completed, we prepare the collected data in a visual report. We analyze this based on the questions formulated at the beginning and provide specific recommendations for action.
Examples of User Surveys
A newly developed feature, for example, is very well suited to being examined more closely with a user survey and optimized if necessary. This can answer whether the new feature is being found well and whether there are any ideas for improvement. You can also use a user survey to find out whether users are using your content to look around or whether they really are potential buyers. Are users satisfied with the services your company offers or is something missing? You can test this and more with user surveys and use the data collected to make informed decisions for your marketing and strategy.
You receive data-based answers to your questions
Our jointly developed user survey is presented to your target group where they really are: as a pop-up on your website. We prepare the results and recommendations for action from the survey in a presentation. We will then discuss these with you and you will of course receive this report.
By analyzing the results, you will receive answers to the questions posed at the beginning and a clear picture of what works well and where there is a need for optimization. This allows you to make targeted improvements to your products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
