User experience matters
A UX audit plays an important part in your website’s long-term success. In our UX audit, we take a thorough look at all the aspects of your website or product that impact its usability. In a nutshell, we’re walking a mile in your users’ shoes to find out what might negatively impact their experience. Based on our findings, we’ll provide specific recommendations for you to sustainably optimize your website’s user experience.
UX-related issues can have a bigger scope than you might think
A poor user experience can have many causes, such as:
- the website’s general structure
- the structure of individual pages
- the hierarchy of the content
- the quality of the content
- the structure and functionality of individual elements
- the visual design (readability, contrast, white space, the quality of images, …)
- texts and labels on interactive elements
- the performance of the site

Our process
1.
Collect business goals and user goals
In order to ascertain whether your website achieves its pre-set goals, you need to be very clear about what these goals are—from a business as well as a user perspective. The beginning of a UX audit is often a specific problem or a specific goal users might have, like signing up for your newsletter or purchasing a product in the webshop.
2.
Check your tracking, for example with Google Analytics
If you have Google Analytics or any other web analytics tool installed, we’ll first take a look at your data. This way we notice any issues at first glance, e.g., the bounce rate at a specific point. It also helps to see on which pages users engage with your website and where they come from (organic search, social media posts).
3.
Identify problems
With the necessary background knowledge, we now get down to the actual UX audit. With the various use cases, we go through the pages step by step and identify any weak spots in the user experience that have a negative impact on the conversion rate or user behavior.
Solutions tailored to your website
We carefully document the problems we find. For each one, we’ll provide target-oriented recommendations for action, which you can implement immediately. You’ll also receive a prioritized final report to work through, so you can take care of the most important things first.
UX audit: requirements
Your product or website must already be functional. Don’t worry, an audit is already possible in the beta stage. After we’ve discussed everything, we’ll get started, and you don’t have to do anything else. Contact us using the form below, by email, or just give us a call.

UX audit: price
Basic UX audit: EUR 3,900 per brand
We generally take more time for a UX audit with more complex requirements, such as information architecture, content review, the creation of personas or the analysis of individual problems. We will be happy to provide you with an individual quote for this.
